Order & Shipping Related

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a return and replacement of the damaged item

Unfortunately, once an order is submitted, it cannot be altered. Please review your order carefully before proceeding to checkout.

Typically, orders are delivered within 1-2 working days if placed before 2 PM, Monday through Friday. Delays may occur due to stock availability and other factors.

Returns and Refunds

You can exchange a product within 7 days of purchase, provided it's in its original condition with packaging and invoice. Please note that returns due to change of mind are not accepted.
